Try a corrective action from an audit finding
Fictional scenario: the quarterly access review record cannot be found. DEMO-ACCESS-001 starts open and unassigned.
- 1. In the audit plan follow-ups, choose an assignee for the initial correction and start the work. Assignment is stored on the follow-up record.
- 2. In nonconformities, find DEMO-ACCESS-001, investigate the cause hypothesis, and save the corrective action, deadline and progress.
- 3. Save a fictional review date, scope, result and record location in the checklist evidence text field.
- 4. Review the result before recording completion. Leave the next-cycle effectiveness check open; the first correction alone does not establish recurrence prevention.
These steps use separate screens. File attachments are unavailable in the public demo; evidence text can be saved. Closure approval is a separate submission after saving the corrective action, and does not automatically establish approval or effectiveness.
Data is shared and reset daily. Another visitor may have progressed the scenario. The daily seed recreates the starting state. Do not enter real data.
